🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship across India. All major cities, most tier-2 and tier-3 towns. If your pincode isn't serviceable, our checkout will tell you — but reach out via WhatsApp and we'll find a way.

DELIVERY TIME
Most orders ship within 1 working day from our Kolkata facility. Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days depending on your location:

- Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2-3 days
- Tier-2 cities: 3-4 days
- Tier-3 / remote pincodes: 4-7 days

SHIPPING COSTS
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
- Orders below ₹499: ₹49 flat shipping (across India)
- Cash on Delivery: Additional ₹30 COD handling fee

ORDER TRACKING
You'll receive an email and SMS with your tracking number once we hand the order to our courier partner. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 85828 22218 anytime for an update.

ORDER ISSUES
Got a damaged pack? Wrong order? Missing items? Don't fill out a form. Just WhatsApp us a photo at +91 85828 22218 and we'll fix it within 24 hours. Refund or replacement — your choice.

OUR PROMISE
If you or your kid don't love what we sent, we'll refund you. No drama, no inquisition.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN
- Damaged or tampered packaging on arrival
- Wrong product delivered
- Quality issue (off taste, off texture, expired)
- You simply didn't enjoy the product

WHAT DOESN'T QUALIFY
- Packs that have been more than 50% consumed (we trust you, just be reasonable)
- Returns initiated after 7 days from delivery
- Personal preference for a flavor you didn't try first (try it, then decide)

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. WhatsApp us at +91 85828 22218 within 7 days of delivery
2. Tell us your order number and the issue
3. If approved, we'll arrange pickup OR ask you to courier the pack back
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

REFUND METHOD
Refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking). For COD orders, we'll refund via UPI or bank transfer.

🤝 OUR ATTITUDE
We'd rather refund a customer and learn what went wrong than chase someone for ₹99. If you have a complaint, we want to hear it. Our quality is built on real feedback from parents like you.
